The packaging was decent, but nothing amazing. The box showed up a little squashed, though luckily the cushions inside were totally fine. Would be nice if they added a bit more padding next time.

I had a frustrating time getting replies. It felt like I’d been assigned to the “we’ll get back to you eventually” department, and I had to follow up a couple of times just to keep things moving. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great

I’m still waiting for my order to show up. I get that shipping can take a little time, but at some point you’d expect it to have arrived by now.

I’ve had these cushions for a few months now, and they’re still looking great. We use them outside pretty much every day, and they haven’t started sagging or doing that weird flat pancake thing. The fabric feels sturdy too, not flimsy or cheap. Random detail, but I remember one getting splashed with lemonade during a windy dinner and it wiped off way easier than I expected. Overall, I’m really happy with how well they’ve held up so far

I eventually got my order placed, and I’m glad the site had what I needed, but the whole process was more annoying than it should’ve been. The layout was a little confusing, and checkout kept sending me back to fix things without making it super clear what was wrong. It worked in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

They did eventually fix the issue with my order, but it took way longer than it should have. Most of the time it felt like I was just waiting around with no real person actually looking into it

These are soft and really comfy, honestly. Put them on our patio chairs and they feel so much nicer noww.

I was hoping to find a bigger variety of fabrics, but the selection felt a bit limited for what I needed. A lot of the colors were similar, and I was looking for something more specific for my patio cushions. The site itself was easy enough to browse, so that part was fine, but I just couldn’t find the right fabric and ended up checking other places

I’m happy with these cushions. They feel nice and firm without looking cheap, and the fabric is decent too. They did take a few days to settle in, but overall they seem like good quality. I would’ve liked just a little more padding, but they’re still comfortable and look nice.

I liked that Cushion Connection had so many sizes, fabrics, and shapes to choose from. It was great being able to make something that actually fit my patio chairs. But the number of options got a little ridiculous at times, and I had to go back a few times to double-check my measurements. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the easiest if you aren’t totally sure what you need.

I ordered a couple of cushions from cushionconnection.com, the basics were totally fine. The sizing was right, they fit where I needed them to, and shipping was normal with no real issues there.
My only complaint is the color. From the photos online, I thought I was getting more of a warm beige, but in person they looked more gray/taupe. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely had a different feel than what I expected, and that was a little disappointing.

I ended up keeping them because they still work for my outdoor setup, but I do think the photos or swatches should be more accurate. They’re usable cushions, just not quite what I thought I was ordering, so 3 stars feels fair

The cushions fit exactly like they were supposed to, and I didn’t have to trim anything at all. the only issue was my own bad timing, I should’ve ordered them sooner instead of waiting until I really needed them.

For me, the price is just way too high. I tried to like it, but worth the money it really isn’t, at least not for what I got.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was super nice, and they got it sorted without making it a whole thing. i was expecting it to take longer, but... yeah, really happy with the help I got.

The cushions are decent overall and do the job, but the stitching could’ve been better. Some of the seams are a little uneven, so whoever handled that part definitely could’ve paid more attention...
